Food Service Supervisor

Join our team at Presotea Lasalle as a Food Service Supervisor, where you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our food service department.
Key Responsibilities:- Establish Work Schedules: Develop and implement efficient work schedules to meet the needs of our customers and staff.
- Supervise and Coordinate Staff: Lead and manage a team of staff who prepare and portion food, ensuring high-quality service and food safety standards are met.
- Train Staff: Provide ongoing training and development opportunities to staff, focusing on job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures.
- Estimate Ingredients and Supplies: Accurately estimate ingredient and supply needs to ensure efficient meal preparation and minimize waste.
- Quality Control: Ensure that food and service meet our high-quality control standards, addressing any customer complaints or concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage, providing valuable insights for future planning and decision-making.
- Reporting: Prepare and submit regular reports to management, highlighting key performance indicators and areas for improvement.
As a Food Service Supervisor at Presotea Lasalle, you will work in a fast-paced environment, requiring strong organizational and communication skills to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
Requirements:- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year
- Language: English
- Work Hours: 40 hours per week
