Job Title: Instructor, Swimming

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Instructor, Swimming to join our team at The Diving Locker. As an Instructor, Swimming, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality swimming lessons to students of all ages and skill levels.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver swimming lessons to students of all ages and skill levels
  • Develop and implement lesson plans that meet the needs of students
  • Assess student progress and provide feedback
  • Maintain a safe and supportive learning environment
  • Communicate effectively with students, parents, and colleagues
Requirements:
  • Post-secondary education in a related field (e.g. education, kinesiology, recreation)
  • Current certification in swimming instruction (e.g. NLS, WSI)
  • Experience working with children and adults
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
