Job Title: Manager, Assurance and Accounting
We are seeking an experienced professional to lead our Indigenous Services team in Assurance and Accounting. The successful candidate will have a strong background in public accounting, with experience working with Indigenous communities or enterprises. They will be responsible for leading audits, compliance engagements, budgeting, internal controls and financial/accounting transactions with Indigenous communities and enterprises.
About the Role
As a Manager, Assurance and Accounting, you will deliver industry and technical expertise in audit and assurance through client interactions, reports, technical work, management presentations and high-quality deliverables. You will manage a portfolio of clients while understanding their business, key risks and ways to deliver added value; ensure clients' needs are met and that relationships and accounts grow and develop.

Requirements
To be considered for this role, you must have:
* CPA designation
* 4 to 6 years of relevant public accounting experience
* Experience working with Indigenous communities or enterprises an asset
* Strong understanding of business, accounting, management and practice development principles
* Proven people management, relationship building and leadership skills
