Job Responsibilities:

As an Assistant Director, you will:

  • Support the Center Director in administering student assessments and developing personalized learning plans
  • Assist with sales and marketing efforts, including lead generation and student enrollment
  • Provide exceptional customer service by building strong relationships with families and communicating student progress
  • Lead and coach instructional staff to deliver high-quality, individualized instruction
  • Monitor student learning progress and engagement, making adjustments as needed
  • Mentor and support employee development through on-the-job training and coaching
  • Teach and tutor students using the Mathnasium Method and digital educational materials
  • Ensure a safe and professional learning environment
  • Assist with administrative tasks as needed

Requirements:

  • Passion for math education and working with students
  • Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills
  • Eagerness to learn and be trained
  • Ability to cultivate teamwork and balance education and sales responsibilities
  • Exceptional math competency through at least Algebra I
  • Proficiency in computer skills

Compensation and Benefits:
