Food Service Manager

Best of Stone Baked Pizzeria Ltd. is seeking a highly skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our food service team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality of food and service to our customers.
Key Responsibilities:- Establish and implement efficient work schedules to meet customer demand.
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of staff who prepare and portion food, ensuring that food and service meet quality control standards.
- Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures, promoting a safe and healthy work environment.
- Estimate ingredient and supply requirements for meal preparation, minimizing waste and optimizing inventory.
- Prepare and submit reports on sales, stock, and other key performance indicators.
- Supervise and check the assembly of trays and delivery of food trolleys, ensuring timely and accurate service.
- Maintain accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage, providing valuable insights for business decisions.
- 1-2 years of experience in a food service supervisory role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with staff and customers.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a focus on quality and customer satisfaction.

- Combination of sitting, standing, and walking, with regular breaks.

English is the primary language of communication in this role.
Work Schedule:35 hours per week, with flexibility to work varied shifts, including evenings and weekends.
