Food Service Manager

Best of Stone Baked Pizzeria Ltd. is seeking a highly skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our food service team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality of food and service to our customers.
Key Responsibilities:- Establish and implement efficient work schedules to meet the demands of our busy restaurant.
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of our food preparation staff, ensuring that all food is prepared to the highest standards.
- Train and develop our staff in their job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures.
- Estimate and manage food and supply inventory to ensure that we have the necessary resources to meet customer demand.
- Monitor and maintain quality control standards, ensuring that all food and service meet our high expectations.
- Prepare and submit reports on sales, stock, and other key performance indicators.
- Supervise and check the assembly of trays and delivery of food trolleys to ensure that all food is presented to the highest standard.
- 1-2 years of experience in a food service supervisory role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and under pressure.
- Attention to detail and ability to maintain high standards.
- Flexibility and ability to work as part of a team.
- Fast-paced environment with high customer demand.
- Combination of sitting, standing, and walking.
- English is the primary language of communication.
