Job Summary
At BMO, we are seeking a Customer Experience Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our customer-facing team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional service to our customers and prospects.
Main Responsibilities
- Engage with customers to understand their needs and preferences, and provide personalized advice and guidance on our products and services.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify opportunities to improve the customer experience and implement changes to meet customer needs.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers through proactive outreach and follow-up.
- Stay up-to-date on product and service offerings, as well as industry trends and developments.
- Participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance skills and knowledge.
Requirements
- 2-3 years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in the financial services industry.
- Post-secondary degree in a related field of study, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and responsibilities.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
