Job Title: Application/Software Architect

Maplesoft Group is seeking a highly skilled Application/Software Architect to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Develop and implement application architectures, modules, and frameworks to meet business and functional requirements.
  2. Research and analyze emerging technologies to address complex development and integration problems.
  3. Identify and document system policies and requirements.
  4. Ensure seamless integration of technology solutions.
  5. Monitor industry trends to ensure alignment with government and industry directions.
  6. Collaborate with stakeholders to analyze functional requirements and identify information flows.
  7. Evaluate existing procedures and methods, and develop data dictionaries and database content.
  8. Define and document complex interfaces between manual and automated operations.
  9. Provide guidance and mentorship to development teams.
  10. Identify and document system-specific standards.
  11. Produce status reports and develop technical designs.
  12. Review code and ensure alignment with architecture vision and quality standards.
  13. Create and maintain comprehensive software architectural documentation.
  14. Prepare transition materials and participate in transition activities.
  15. Optimize application performance, responsiveness, and usability.
