Job Title: Application Solutions Architect

We are seeking an experienced Application Solutions Architect to join our team at TV2 Consulting. As a key member of our technology team, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and deploying high-quality application solutions that meet the needs of our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and Development: Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions. Conduct research and stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies.
  • Technical Leadership: Oversee the implementation of solutions and provide guidance to development teams. Ensure scalability, reliability, and security of the application solutions.
  • Collaboration and Communication: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex technical issues. Drive continuous improvement and innovation in application architecture practices.
  • Pre-Sales Activities: Participate in pre-sales activities by providing technical expertise and support.
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience as an Application Solutions Architect or similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of application development and architecture principles.
  • Proficiency in designing scalable and reliable solutions.
  • Experience with cloud technologies and services.
  • Knowledge of various programming languages and frameworks.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams.
  • Experience with Agile methodologies.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
Benefits:
  • Work hours are Monday - Friday, normal 37.5 hours weeks working onsite up to 5 days a week.
  • Location: Onsite in Ottawa.
  • Type of job: Temporary Contractor.
  • Length of Contract: 12 months with the possibility of extension.
