Talent Acquisition and Development Lead

We're seeking a seasoned professional to lead our Talent Acquisition and Development efforts, driving strategic initiatives that foster a high-performance organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement inclusive recruitment processes that reflect Wave's values and strategic direction.
  • Design and deliver internal training and certification programs for hiring managers.
  • Enhance and promote Wave's Employee Value Proposition and employer brand to attract top talent.
  • Lead the development of innovative recruitment processes and sourcing strategies for hard-to-fill positions.

Talent Development:

  • Consult and collaborate with stakeholders to design and deliver impactful learning programs.
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive talent development strategy in collaboration with the P&C team.
  • Oversee the design and delivery of training programs, including leadership development, technical skills training, and soft skills enhancement.
  • Contribute to performance management programs and processes through training.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 8-10 years of experience in talent management, with experience as a successful people leader.
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Development, or related field.
  • Advanced knowledge of talent sourcing and selection techniques and effective use of technology.
  • Exceptional collaboration skills and passion for building an inclusive work environment.
