Talent Acquisition:

  • Design and deliver internal training programs for hiring managers to ensure a best-in-class candidate experience.
  • Enhance our Employee Value Proposition and employer brand to position us as an employer of choice.
Talent Development:
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to design and deliver impactful learning programs that support our company's transformation and objectives.
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive talent development strategy that aligns with our business goals.
  • Oversee the design and delivery of training programs, including leadership development, technical skills training, and soft skills enhancement.
