We are seeking a skilled Barista to join our team at Royal Majesty Espresso Bar Bakery. As a Barista, you will be responsible for preparing and serving high-quality coffee drinks to our customers.
Key Responsibilities- Prepare and serve coffee drinks, including espresso, cappuccino, and latte.
- Operate espresso machines, grinders, and other coffee-related equipment.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including the coffee bar and surrounding areas.
- Provide excellent customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving any issues that may arise.
- Work effectively in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple orders and tasks simultaneously.
- Previous experience as a Barista or in a related role.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to lift up to 23 kg (50 lbs) and stand for extended periods.
