Job Title: Barista

We are seeking a skilled Barista to join our team at Royal Majesty Espresso Bar Bakery. As a Barista, you will be responsible for preparing and serving high-quality beverages to our customers.

Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and serve coffee drinks, including espresso, cappuccino, and latte.
  • Operate espresso machines, grinders, and brewers to ensure high-quality beverages.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including the coffee bar and surrounding areas.
  • Provide excellent customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving any issues in a professional manner.
  • Work effectively in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple orders and tasks simultaneously.
  • Collaborate with other team members to achieve sales goals and maintain a positive work environment.
Requirements:
  • Previous experience as a Barista or in a related role.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to lift up to 23 kg (50 lbs) and stand for extended periods.
  • Availability to work a variety of shifts, including mornings, afternoons, and weekends.
