Job Title: Barista

We are seeking a skilled Barista to join our team at Royal Majesty Espresso Bar Bakery. As a Barista, you will be responsible for preparing and serving high-quality coffee drinks to our customers.

Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and serve coffee drinks, including espresso, cappuccino, and latte.
  • Operate espresso machines, grinders, and brewers to ensure high-quality drinks.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including the coffee bar and surrounding areas.
  • Provide excellent customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving any issues.
  • Work effectively in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple orders and tasks simultaneously.
Requirements:
  • Previous experience as a Barista or in a related role.
  • Knowledge of coffee preparation methods and techniques.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Physical ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 23 kg (50 lbs).
