Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Truck Driver to join our team at Divine Roadline Ltd. as a Heavy Goods Transport Specialist. The successful candidate will be responsible for transporting goods and materials across various routes, ensuring timely delivery and maintaining a high level of professionalism in customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Transportation of Goods: Operate and drive straight or articulated trucks to transport goods and materials, adhering to all relevant regulations and safety protocols.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring that all interactions with clients are professional and courteous.
  • Vehicle Maintenance: Regularly inspect and maintain the condition of the vehicle, including tires, lights, brakes, cold storage, and other equipment.
  • Logistics and Planning: Plan and coordinate routes, schedules, and cargo information to ensure efficient and timely delivery.
  • Documentation and Record-Keeping: Accurately record cargo information, hours of service, distance traveled, and fuel consumption.
  • Teamwork: Work collaboratively with other drivers and dispatch teams to ensure seamless communication and coordination.
Requirements
  • Class 1/1F/A Licence (semi trailer trucks)
  • Air Brake (Z) Endorsement
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience in heavy goods transportation
