Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Housekeeping Supervisor to join our team at Airport Inn. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our housekeeping department, ensuring that our facilities are clean and well-maintained.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and train housekeeping staff to ensure high standards of cleanliness and customer satisfaction
  • Conduct regular inspections of our facilities to identify areas for improvement
  • Develop and implement cleaning schedules and procedures to ensure efficient use of resources
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and excellent customer service
  • Assist with the recruitment and selection of new housekeeping staff
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a supervisory or leadership role
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift light weights
Work Environment

Our housekeeping team works in a fast-paced environment with a focus on providing excellent customer service. The successful candidate will be required to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends.
