About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Housekeeping Attendant to join our team at Pomeroy Lodging LP. As a key member of our housekeeping team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our guests have a positive and memorable experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain a high level of cleanliness and organization in guest rooms, public areas, and storage spaces.
  • Respond promptly and professionally to guest complaints and concerns.
  • Prepare for shifts with a well-stocked cart and ensure all necessary cleaning supplies are available.
  • Perform daily cleaning tasks, including vacuuming, dusting, and polishing.
  • Respect guest property and privacy, adhering to lost and found procedures.
  • Participate in emergency procedures and maintain a safe working environment.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in housekeeping or a related field is an asset.
  • Proficient in English and able to communicate effectively with guests and colleagues.
  • Attention to detail and pride in workmanship.
