Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and cook complete meals or individual dishes and foods
  • Prepare dishes for customers with food allergies or intolerances
  • Prepare and cook special meals for patients as instructed by dietitian or chef
  • Inspect kitchens and food service areas
  • Train staff in preparation, cooking and handling of food
  • Supervise kitchen staff and helpers
  • Clean kitchen and work areas
  • Manage kitchen operations
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience
  • 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a similar role
Work Environment:

Our kitchen is a fast-paced environment where attention to detail and ability to work under pressure are essential. You will be required to handle heavy loads and perform repetitive tasks.
