Electrician Supervisor

Pacific Western Power & Control Ltd. is seeking an experienced Electrician Supervisor to join our team. As an Electrician Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing electrical projects, supervising electricians, and ensuring the safe and efficient completion of tasks.
Key Responsibilities- Project Management: Oversee electrical projects from start to finish, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
- Team Supervision: Supervise and mentor a team of electricians, providing guidance and support to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to complete tasks effectively.
- Quality Control: Conduct regular site visits to ensure that electrical work is being carried out to the required standards and that all necessary safety protocols are being followed.
- Resource Management: Requisition and manage materials, equipment, and supplies necessary for electrical projects.
- Communication: Communicate effectively with colleagues, clients, and stakeholders to ensure that projects are completed to the required standards and that all parties are informed of progress and any issues that may arise.
- Education: Other trades certificate or diploma.
- Experience: 5 years or more of experience in electrical work, including supervisory experience.
- Certifications: Industrial Electrician Red Seal Certificate.
- Skills: Strong leadership and communication skills, ability to work under pressure, attention to detail, and ability to distinguish between colors.
The Electrician Supervisor will work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines and will be required to work at heights, in confined spaces, and in dusty conditions.
