Electrician Supervisor

Pacific Western Power & Control Ltd. is seeking an experienced Electrician Supervisor to join our team. As an Electrician Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing electrical projects, supervising electricians, and ensuring the safe and efficient completion of tasks.
Key Responsibilities- Project Management: Oversee electrical projects from start to finish, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
- Team Supervision: Supervise and mentor a team of electricians, providing guidance and support to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to complete tasks effectively.
- Quality Control: Conduct regular site visits to ensure that electrical work is being carried out to the required standards, and identify and address any quality control issues.
- Health and Safety: Ensure that all electrical work is carried out in a safe and controlled environment, and that all necessary safety protocols are followed.
- Material Management: Requisition and manage materials, equipment, and supplies necessary for electrical projects.
- Communication: Communicate effectively with project stakeholders, including clients, contractors, and internal teams, to ensure that projects are delivered on time and to the required quality standards.
- Education: Other trades certificate or diploma.
- Experience: 5 years or more of experience in electrical work, including project management and team supervision.
- Certifications: Industrial Electrician Red Seal Certificate.
- Skills: Strong leadership and communication skills, ability to work under pressure, and attention to detail.
- Work Environment: At heights, confined spaces, and dusty environments.
- Work Setting: Installation, repair, service, testing, and troubleshooting.
- Physical Demands: Physically demanding, requiring manual dexterity and ability to work in fast-paced environments.
