Electrician Supervisor

Pacific Western Power & Control Ltd. is seeking an experienced Electrician Supervisor to join our team. As an Electrician Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing electrical projects, supervising electricians, and ensuring the safe and efficient completion of tasks.
Key Responsibilities- Project Management: Oversee electrical projects from start to finish, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
- Team Supervision: Supervise and mentor a team of electricians, providing guidance and support to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to complete tasks effectively.
- Quality Control: Conduct regular site visits to ensure that electrical work is being carried out to the required standards, and identify and address any quality control issues.
- Health and Safety: Ensure that all electrical work is carried out in a safe and controlled environment, and that all necessary safety protocols are followed.
- Material Management: Requisition and manage materials, equipment, and supplies necessary for electrical projects.
- Communication: Communicate effectively with project managers, electricians, and other stakeholders to ensure that projects are completed on time and to the required standards.
- Education: Other trades certificate or diploma.
- Experience: 5 years or more of experience in electrical work, including supervisory experience.
- Certifications: Industrial Electrician Red Seal Certificate.
- Language: English.
The Electrician Supervisor will work in a fast-paced environment, with tight deadlines and a high level of attention to detail required. The successful candidate will be able to work at heights, in confined spaces, and in dusty environments.
