Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Marketing Manager to join our team. As the Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for developing strategic business plans and marketing solutions to strengthen our position as a leader in the frozen bakery goods market. You will work closely with our cross-functional team to create long-term strategic plans and thought leadership in multi-foodservice segments.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the development and implementation of our foodservice portfolio and long-term food strategy, including research data analysis and business opportunity identification.
- Collaborate with our Customer Development leads, R&D, and Project Management teams to introduce new foods and continuously improve existing products.
- Align with our Customer Development leads to provide sales support actions to support our teams in meeting our fiscal objectives, including developing sales communications for new items and marketing program launches.
- Manage trade show participation, including strategy, messaging, booth procurement, outside service contracting, staffing, and materials.
- Work closely with data partners, such as Technomic and Mintel, to provide the most up-to-date food category reviews, trends, and insights.
- Gain a deep understanding of our capabilities across foodservice to develop solutions and promotions to drive business growth in partnership with our Customer Development leads and key foodservice customers.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing or a related field.
- 3-5 years of marketing and category management experience in the CPG industry.
- Strong project management and execution skills.
- Ability to collaborate and work well cross-functionally.
- Solutions-oriented, creative problem-solving, and leadership skills.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
- Proficient in MS Office, specifically PowerPoint, Word, and Excel.
