The Opportunity

We have several upcoming opportunities for Pipefitters, Ironworkers, Welders, and Carpenters. Reporting to the appropriate site supervisor, the successful candidates will be responsible for deliverables of the project to ensure Aecon Construction Solutions Inc. achieves their general and specific project requirements.

Requirements

  • Previous industrial experience is an asset.
  • The ability to stand, crouch, and kneel for long periods of time.
  • Manual dexterity.
  • Good sense of balance when working on scaffolds.
  • The ability to solve math problems quickly and accurately.
  • The ability to get along well with others on a work team.
  • Must have a strong understanding of safety procedures and policies on an industrial job site.

Physical Demands

  • Repetitive movement.
  • Able to perform in a fast-paced environment.
  • Continuously changing work tasks.
  • Ability to lift and work with materials weighing up to 25kg.
