Key Responsibilities
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to our office staff, including answering phones, responding to emails, and preparing documents.
  • Office Operations: Coordinate and plan for office services, including accommodation, relocation, equipment, supplies, forms, disposal of assets, parking, maintenance, and security services.
  • Reporting and Data Analysis: Assemble data and prepare periodic and special reports, manuals, and correspondence.
  • Work Priorities and Deadlines: Establish work priorities and ensure procedures are followed and deadlines are met.
  • Team Collaboration: Delegate work to office support staff and oversee and coordinate office administrative procedures.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Hours: 35 hours per week.
