Poste de Market Data Analyst

Contexte

Le Groupe Altus est à la recherche d'un Market Data Analyst pour rejoindre son équipe de Data Solutions. Ce poste est responsable de la production de notre base de données de transactions commerciales, qui suit l'activité d'investissement commercial dans les principaux marchés canadiens et fournit aux professionnels de l'immobilier des informations de marché et des données pour prendre des décisions éclairées.

Responsabilités

  • Effectuer des recherches approfondies sur le marché immobilier commercial dans la région de Vancouver
  • Analyser en détail les ventes de propriétés commerciales
  • Effectuer des appels téléphoniques pour recueillir des informations
  • Contribuer à la publication de newsletters hebdomadaires et de données dans des publications canadiennes
  • Assister à des événements de l'industrie pour maintenir une connaissance professionnelle et technique
  • Effectuer des inspections de site hebdomadaires pour recueillir des informations sur les détails des bâtiments
  • Maintenir une compréhension de l'activité immobilière commerciale, y compris les ventes et les listings, dans la région de Vancouver
  • Établir des relations avec des courtiers, des intervenants, des planificateurs et des développeurs pour obtenir le soutien à la coopération de données

Qualifications

  • Diplôme universitaire en urbanisme, immobilier, commerce ou domaine connexe
  • 1-3 ans d'expérience dans l'immobilier commercial
  • Expérience antérieure dans l'industrie de la courtage est un atout
  • Bilingue, anglais et français, écrit et oral, est un must
  • Licence de conduire valide est requise; accès à un véhicule est un atout
  • Compétences analytiques solides avec la capacité d'être détaillé et organisé
  • Compétences interpersonnelles excellentes, capable de créer des relations de confiance avec les professionnels de l'industrie
  • Compétent dans l'utilisation de bases de données et d'applications de traitement de texte, y compris Excel, Word et PowerPoint
