Job Title: Medical Unit Registered Nurse

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Medical Unit Registered Nurse to join our team at Brant Community Healthcare System. As a Medical Unit Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for providing exceptional care to patients in our medical unit, working collaboratively with our interdisciplinary team to ensure the best possible outcomes.

About the Role:
  • Provide direct patient care, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of care
  • Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized care plans
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and safety
Requirements:
  • Current registration with the College of Nurses of Ontario
  • Graduate of an accredited nursing program
  • Experience in medical unit nursing or a related field
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
