Job Title: Medical Unit Registered Nurse

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Medical Unit Registered Nurse to join our team at Brant Community Healthcare System. As a Medical Unit Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for providing exceptional patient care and working collaboratively with our interdisciplinary team to deliver high-quality care to our patients.

About the Role:
  • Provide direct patient care to patients on the medical unit, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of care.
  • Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized care plans that meet the unique needs of each patient.
  • Conduct thorough assessments of patients to identify their physical, emotional, and spiritual needs.
  • Develop and implement education plans to promote patient understanding and self-management of their health conditions.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and outcomes.

Requirements:
  • Current registration with the College of Nurses of Ontario.
  • Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
