About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Keyholder in our Inglewood Centre store. As a Keyholder, you will play a key role in delivering an exceptional customer experience and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide outstanding customer service and create a welcoming store environment
  • Manage store operations, including opening and closing procedures, visual merchandising, and inventory management
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth and meet sales targets
  • Lead and motivate a team of sales associates to achieve sales goals and provide excellent customer service
  • Stay up-to-date on fashion trends and product knowledge to provide expert advice to customers
Requirements
  • 2 years of sales or customer service experience in a retail environment
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends
  • Strong communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
