Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Keyholder to join our team at Reitmans (Canada) Ltd. As a Keyholder, you will be responsible for delivering an exceptional customer experience, driving sales, and maintaining a visually appealing store environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Provide personalized service to customers, ensuring they feel comfortable, cared for, and confident in their shopping experience.
  • Sales and Merchandising: Perform register functions, use sales and product knowledge to drive add-on sales, and maintain visual standards to create an engaging shopping environment.
  • Store Operations: Assist with store opening and closing procedures, including cash handling, inventory management, and maintaining a clean and organized store.
  • Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with the Store Manager and other team members to achieve sales goals, resolve customer complaints, and maintain a positive store culture.
Requirements
  • Experience: 2 years of sales or customer service experience, preferably in a retail environment.
  • Skills: Ability to multitask, work in a fast-paced environment, and provide exceptional customer service.
  • Availability: Availability to work evenings and weekends, as required.
