Teaching Opportunity at Oxford Learning Centres, Inc.

We are seeking a part-time English and Social Studies teacher/tutor to join our team at Oxford Learning Centres, Inc. in St. Albert. As an Interactive Coach, you will work directly with students, teaching up to three students at a time at different levels, following our proprietary methodologies and philosophies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Teaching English and Social Studies to students of various skill levels
  • Following lesson plans and providing individualized support to students
  • Communicating with parents and students through daily updates and post-lesson notes
  • Maintaining a friendly and professional demeanor at all times

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or similar certification in a relevant field
  • Experience teaching/tutoring at a Kindergarten to Grade 12 level
  • Strong English written and oral communication skills
  • Ability to multitask and balance working with multiple students
