Job Overview

Registered Practical Nurse (RPN)

This role is located at our Extendicare Bayview Home in North York, Toronto. Available opportunities include part-time/casual day/evening/night shifts.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop, implement, and evaluate resident care plans that meet individual needs
  • Provide mentorship and direction to personal care staff, promoting high-quality care and teamwork
  • Contribute to the onboarding and training of new team members, ensuring a smooth transition into their roles

Requirements and Qualifications

  • Active registration with the provincial College of Nurses
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English
  • Compassion, professionalism, and respect for residents and colleagues
