Job Overview
Registered Practical Nurse (RPN)

You will also provide guidance and leadership to personal care staff, empowering them to excel in their roles.
This role is located at our Extendicare Bayview Home in North York, Toronto. Available opportunities include part-time/casual day/evening/night shifts.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and evaluate resident care plans that meet individual needs
- Provide mentorship and direction to personal care staff, promoting high-quality care and teamwork
- Contribute to the onboarding and training of new team members, ensuring a smooth transition into their roles
Requirements and Qualifications
- Active registration with the provincial College of Nurses
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English
- Compassion, professionalism, and respect for residents and colleagues
