Warehouse Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Warehouse Supervisor to join our team at 92240217 QUEBEC INC. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily activities of our warehouse, ensuring efficient and effective inventory management, and maintaining a safe and productive work environment.
Responsibilities- Inventory Management: Conduct regular inventory counts, investigate discrepancies, and implement corrective actions to maintain accurate inventory levels.
- Warehouse Operations: Supervise and coordinate the receipt, storage, and shipment of goods, ensuring timely and accurate processing.
- Team Management: Lead and motivate a team of warehouse staff, providing guidance, training, and performance feedback to ensure high levels of productivity and quality.
- Safety and Security: Maintain a safe and secure work environment, adhering to company policies and procedures, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement changes to increase efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance customer satisfaction.
- Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma required.
- Experience: Experience an asset.
- Language: Bilingual (English and French).
- Work Environment: Transportation, freight forwarding, and warehouse settings.
- Area of Specialization: Shipping and receiving, with a focus on positive environmental outcomes.
