Senior Marketing Analyst

About the Role:
We are seeking a highly analytical and results-driven Senior Marketing Analyst to join our team at HelloFresh. As a key member of our marketing team, you will play a critical role in driving business growth through data-driven decision making.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain advanced analytics models to inform marketing strategies and optimize campaign performance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement A/B testing and experimentation programs.
- Analyze customer data to identify trends and opportunities for growth, and develop actionable recommendations to drive business outcomes.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in marketing analytics, and apply this knowledge to continuously improve our marketing strategies.
- Communicate complex data insights to non-technical stakeholders, and work with the marketing team to develop compelling stories and presentations to drive business decisions.
Requirements:
- 4+ years of experience in a highly analytical role, with a strong background in marketing analytics and data science.
- Advanced skills in Excel, SQL, and Python, with experience in statistical modeling and data visualization.
- Strong business acumen and ability to translate data insights into actionable recommendations that drive business outcomes.
- Experience working with a range of business stakeholders, and ability to communicate complex data insights in a clear and concise manner.
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, mathematics, economics, statistics, engineering, or similar field.
