About the Role

Cineplex is seeking a Part Time Entertainment Associate to join our team. As a key member of our theatre staff, you will play a vital role in ensuring our guests have an exceptional entertainment experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service to our guests, ensuring a positive and memorable experience.
  • Work collaboratively with our team to maintain a clean and safe environment, adhering to health and safety protocols.
  • Assist with daily theatre operations, including concession sales, ticketing, and facility maintenance.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance your skills and knowledge.
  • Contribute to a positive and inclusive work environment, promoting a culture of teamwork and respect.
Requirements
  • Availability to work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse groups.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a focus on providing exceptional customer service.
  • Basic math skills and accuracy with handling cash and operating a point-of-sale system.
  • Smart Serve Certification (or equivalent) an asset.
