About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Chief Executive Officer to lead our business services division at Canada Lux Inc. Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Strategy
    • Develop and implement business strategies to drive growth and profitability
    • Lead and manage a team of senior executives and department heads
    • Establish and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners, and investors
  • Financial Management
    • Oversee financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting
    • Manage financial resources, including investments, funding, and cash flow
    • Ensure compliance with financial regulations and reporting requirements
  • Operational Management
    • Oversee the development and implementation of operational strategies
    • Manage and optimize business processes, including supply chain, logistics, and customer service
    • Ensure the effective use of technology and resources to drive business efficiency
  • Communication and Representation
    • Represent Canada Lux Inc. in various forums, including industry events, conferences, and media
    • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners, and investors
    • Communicate effectively with employees, clients, and stakeholders to ensure alignment and understanding of business objectives
Requirements
  • Education
    • College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years
  • Experience
    • 5 years or more of experience in a senior leadership role, preferably in a business services or financial services industry
  • Skills and Qualifications
    • Strong leadership and management skills, with experience in team management and development
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with experience in stakeholder engagement and relationship-building
    • Strong financial management skills, with experience in budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis
    • Ability to develop and implement business strategies, with experience in market research and analysis
    • Strong operational management skills, with experience in process improvement and optimization
