Job Title: Deputy Chief Executive Officer

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Deputy Chief Executive Officer to join our team at Heeva Fine Foods. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the company, ensuring the implementation of organizational policies and programs, and representing the organization in negotiations and official functions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Allocate material, human, and financial resources to implement organizational policies and programs
  • Establish objectives for the organization and formulate or approve policies and programs
  • Represent the organization, or delegate representatives to act on behalf of the organization, in negotiations or other official functions
  • Select middle managers, directors, or other executive staff; delegate the necessary authority to them and create optimum working conditions
  • Manage events
  • Conduct performance reviews
  • Maintain supply storage areas
Requirements:
  • 5 years or more of experience in a senior management position
  • Proven track record of success in implementing organizational policies and programs
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
