Black & McDonald Limited is a leading provider of mechanical services in the commercial, retail, manufacturing, and institutional markets. We are currently seeking a highly motivated and organized Project Coordinator to join our Service Sales Team.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Support the existing service project sales team through project management, safety & quality assurance activities, document creation & management, estimating & sales assistance.
- Maintain and enhance client relationships through ongoing business development.
- Prepare estimates for various service offerings, design and develop custom solutions adapted to customer needs.
- Support the service group and maintain strong communications with technicians in the field.
- Arrange for the purchasing of materials and assist in the scheduling, planning, and implementation of secured projects.
- Consult and communicate with business partners: suppliers, sub-contractors, utilities, and inspectors.
**Requirements**
- Post-secondary degree or diploma from a Mechanical program or Technology program would be an asset;
- Years of experience as a qualified tradesperson in the construction mechanical and/or HVAC industry may substitute for education requirements.
- Experience in Commercial and Industrial mechanical systems, and/or in a technical occupation related to HVAC would be considered an asset;
- Previous sales and customer service experience would be considered an asset;
- Estimating experience would be considered an asset;
- Valid driver's license;
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Project).
