About the Job

The Breakfast Cook plays a vital role in ensuring our guests start their day with a hearty breakfast. This position requires strong organizational and time management skills, as well as the ability to work independently in a remote camp setting.

The ideal candidate will have previous experience providing hot breakfast services, preferably in a large-scale cooking environment such as campsites or banquet halls. They will also possess basic computer skills for completing online learning modules and have valid government-issued photo ID for travel purposes.

This is a rotational position with a 4 weeks on/2 weeks off schedule, offering excellent work-life balance and opportunities for skill expansion in a dynamic camp atmosphere.

Responsibilities

- Prepare and cook breakfast for guests at site
- Create and follow menus to ensure quality of food prepared and served
- Maintain consistent quality of standard in overall food preparation as per clients' requirements
- Ensure proper equipment operation, safety, and sanitization in the kitchen

Qualifications

- Previous experience providing hot breakfast services
- Large-scale cooking experience in camp settings, banquet halls, or hotels
- Basic computer skills for completing online learning modules
- Valid government-issued photo ID for travel purposes
