The Brattle Group is seeking highly skilled and motivated individuals to join our team as Associates. As a key member of our team, you will work on challenging and high-profile projects, applying finance and economic theory and practice to complex issues on behalf of our clients.

Responsibilities
  • Frame research approaches and manage projects
  • Supervise team/staff and build individual expertise
  • Develop client relationships and marketing and business development efforts
Requirements
  • PhD in Finance, Financial Economics or related field with a strong foundation in quantitative analysis, financial markets, and financial market data
  • Pre- or postgraduate work experience in a related discipline (preferably in finance, government, related industry, or consulting)
  • Intellectual curiosity, excellent analytic and quantitative skills, and practical problem-solving abilities
  • Entrepreneurial drive, excellent relationship-building skills, and demonstrated proficiency in written and oral communications
