Job Summary

We are seeking highly skilled and motivated individuals to join our team as Associates. As an Associate, you will work closely with our experts to provide high-quality analysis and advice to our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct economic and financial analysis to support client projects
  • Develop and implement research approaches to address complex client questions
  • Manage projects and supervise team members
  • Build and maintain relationships with clients and colleagues
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments
Requirements
  • PhD in Finance, Financial Economics, or related field
  • Strong foundation in quantitative analysis, financial markets, and financial market data
  • Pre- or postgraduate work experience in a related discipline
  • Intellectual curiosity and excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Entrepreneurial drive and excellent relationship-building skills
  • Demonstrated proficiency in written and oral communications
  • Desire to work in a collaborative team environment
What We Offer

We offer a competitive benefits package, base salary, and bonus program for eligible roles based on individual and firm performance.

The anticipated base gross salary range for this position is $205,000 - $212,000 CAD annually.
