Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Associate to join our team. As an Associate, you will work closely with our experts to develop and implement innovative solutions to complex economic and financial challenges. You will be responsible for conducting research, analyzing data, and developing recommendations for our clients. If you have a strong foundation in finance, economics, or a related field, and are looking for a challenging and rewarding career opportunity, we encourage you to apply.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct research and analysis on complex economic and financial issues
- Develop and implement innovative solutions to client challenges
- Work closely with our experts to develop and deliver high-quality insights and recommendations
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement business strategies
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments, and apply this knowledge to client projects
- PhD in Finance, Financial Economics, or a related field
- Strong foundation in quantitative analysis, financial markets, and financial market data
- Pre- or postgraduate work experience in a related discipline (preferably in finance, government, related industry, or consulting)
- Intellectual curiosity and a passion for learning
- Excellent analytic and quantitative skills, including proficiency with analytical/statistical software such as STATA, R, and Excel
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a collaborative mindset
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
We offer a competitive benefits package, base salary, and bonus program for eligible roles based on individual and firm performance. The anticipated base gross salary range for this position is $205,000 - $212,000 CAD annually. Actual salary will depend on a variety of factors, including experience and training.
