Key Responsibilities- Develop and Execute Fleet Plans: Create and implement strategies to optimize fleet operations, reduce costs, and improve service levels.
- Manage Fleet Maintenance: Oversee the maintenance of fleet vehicles, ensuring they are properly maintained, repaired, and replaced as needed.
- Lead a Team of Professionals: Supervise and mentor a team of fleet professionals, providing guidance, support, and training to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to excel in their roles.
- Collaborate with Stakeholders: Work closely with internal and external stakeholders, including customers, suppliers, and other departments, to ensure seamless communication and coordination.
- Monitor and Analyze Performance: Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify areas for improvement and make data-driven decisions to optimize fleet operations.
- Education and Experience: Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as business, logistics, or transportation, and at least 10 years of experience in fleet operations or a related field.
- Leadership and Management Skills: Proven leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team of professionals.
- Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to collect and analyze data, identify trends, and make informed decisions.
- Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders and communicate effectively at all levels.
