Food Service Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Food Service Supervisor to join our team at Ontario Inc. As a Food Service Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our food service establishment, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and high-quality food.
Key Responsibilities:- Establish and implement efficient work schedules to meet customer demand
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of food service staff, including food preparation, portioning, and presentation
- Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures to maintain a clean and safe work environment
- Estimate ingredient and supply requirements for meal preparation and ensure that food and service meet quality control standards
- Prepare and submit reports on sales, stock, and wastage to inform business decisions
- Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner
- Maintain accurate records of stock, repairs, and sales
- 1-2 years of experience in a food service establishment, preferably in a supervisory role
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation procedures, as well as culinary genres
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
