Food Service Manager

At Canada Inc, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Food Service Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our food service team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our food service establishment, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and high-quality food.
Key Responsibilities:- Supervise and coordinate the activities of staff who prepare and portion food, ensuring that food is prepared and served in a timely and efficient manner.
- Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures, ensuring that they are equipped to provide excellent service and maintain a safe working environment.
- Estimate ingredient and supply requirements for meal preparation, ensuring that we have the necessary resources to meet customer demand.
- Hire and manage food service staff, ensuring that we have a skilled and motivated team in place.
- Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards, maintaining high standards of quality and customer satisfaction.
- Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner, ensuring that we resolve issues promptly and efficiently.
- Maintain accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage, providing valuable insights into our operations and enabling data-driven decision-making.
- Prepare and submit reports, providing regular updates on our food service operations and performance.
- College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 3 months to less than 1 year.
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a food service establishment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with staff, customers, and other stakeholders.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a high level of energy and enthusiasm.
- Food service establishment.
