Food Service Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Food Service Supervisor to join our team at Ontario Ltd.
Job Summary:The Food Service Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our food service department, ensuring that high-quality food and exceptional customer service are consistently delivered.
Key Responsibilities:- Establish and implement efficient work schedules to meet customer demand
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of food preparation staff, ensuring that food safety and sanitation standards are met
- Train staff in job duties, food safety procedures, and customer service skills
- Estimate and manage food and supply inventory to minimize waste and optimize profitability
- Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing team of food service staff
- Monitor and maintain records of stock, sales, and customer feedback to inform business decisions
- Prepare and submit regular reports to management on department performance and areas for improvement
- 1-2 years of experience in a food service supervisory role
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines
- Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 pounds
