Job Title: Transportation Supervisor

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Transportation Supervisor to join our team at Dairy Max. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for supervising workers and projects, training or arranging for training, and dispatching bus drivers and monitoring routes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise workers and projects to ensure efficient and safe operations
  • Train or arrange for training to ensure employees have the necessary skills and knowledge
  • Dispatch bus drivers and monitor routes to ensure timely and safe transportation
  • Co-ordinate and schedule activities to meet business needs
  • Ensure health and safety regulations are followed to maintain a safe working environment
  • Requisition or order materials, equipment, and supplies as needed
Requirements:
  • 5-10 years of experience in a supervisory role
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Flexibility and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Organized and able to prioritize tasks effectively
  • Team player with a positive attitude
Working Conditions:
  • 30-35 hours per week
  • Permanent position
  • English language required
