About the Role
We are seeking a Strategic Business Development Manager to join Elegant Distributors Ltd. as a key member of our senior management team.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement organizational policies and programs to allocate resources effectively.
- Establish objectives and formulate policies for the organization.
- Represent the company in negotiations and official functions.
- Manage events and oversee the establishment of departments.
- Authorize senior staff positions and ensure effective resource allocation.
Requirements
The ideal candidate will have 2 years of experience and a non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1-2 years. The ability to work 40 hours per week and represent the organization in English is essential.
