Job Title: Senior Financial Leader

KPU is seeking a Senior Financial Leader to join our team. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for providing strategic and tactical financial guidance to support the University's goals and objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the development and implementation of financial strategies and plans to achieve business objectives.
  • Provide financial guidance and support to senior leadership and management teams.
  • Manage and oversee financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including faculty, staff, and external partners.

Requirements:

  • Relevant graduate degree and professional accounting designation.
  • Minimum 12 years of finance experience, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
  • Experience managing an investment portfolio and leading budget processes.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to communicate complex financial information to non-financial stakeholders.
