- Utilize technical expertise in Canadian, US, and Cross Border Tax laws to prepare tax returns and related filings
- Maintain basic accounting records for sole proprietorships and investments
- Engage with clients, advisors, and tax authorities to ensure timely file progress
- Collaborate with the team to implement strategies and meet organizational goals
- Undergraduate degree in Accounting or related field
- Preferred designation: Canadian CPA, US CPA, or relevant tax certification
- 1-4 years of experience in preparing tax returns of varying complexities
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent client service and communication skills
- Proficiency in MS 365, tax and accounting software, and online portals
- Curiosity and passion for continuous learning and growth
