As a key member of our Assurance team, you will be responsible for collaborating with Partners and colleagues to assist in planning, execution, and completion of a wide range of Review, Compilation, White Paper, and Tax engagements. Your primary responsibilities will include analyzing financial information, accounting processes, and operations procedures, reviewing account reconciliations and adjusting entries, and consulting with clients regarding various business and tax planning needs. You will also be expected to provide personal and attentive service to clients, add value by identifying client service opportunities, and coach and mentor assigned coachees for high performance and professional growth. A successful candidate will have a Bachelor's degree or diploma in accounting or an equivalent field, CPA designation preferred, and at least 4+ years of total experience in Assurance within a professional services firm working with private enterprises of different complexity levels. Demonstrated success providing top-notch client service, strong technical and analytical skills, and excellent written and verbal communication skills are also essential. Key Responsibilities:

Requirements:

* Bachelor's degree or diploma in accounting or an equivalent field
* CPA designation preferred
* At least 4+ years of total experience in Assurance within a professional services firm working with private enterprises of different complexity levels
* Demonstrated success providing top-notch client service
* Strong technical and analytical skills
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Preferred Qualifications:

* Experience with Caseware/Caseview, TaxPrep, Quickbooks Online, and Sage Accounting
* Technological strength with MS Office 365, especially in Microsoft Excel
* Knowledge of Investment Holding Companies
